Registration & Consent

JJ's Take-Away always respect the right to privacy of all visitors to our website. By submitting your information you consent to the use of that information as set out in our Privacy Policy Statement.

Customers must be aged 18 or over to use our on line ordering and by placing an order through our site, you warrant that: (a) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and (b) you are at least 18 years old.

Payment

Payment for orders which are valid for delivery are made either: 1. online through the Paypal portal (the safe and easy way to pay online) and you may use debit/credit card or your own PayPal account. or 2. online via the PaymentSense payment portal (all transactions are SSL encrypted and secured).

Payment for orders which are to be collected by you from JJ's Take-Away premises may also be made by cash on collection.

Products

All products are subject to availability.

Some products contain nuts - if in doubt please contact us through our Contact Page.

Although great care has been taken to remove all bones from meat, some may remain.

Order Restrictions

Online Orders for delivery will only be accepted from addresses with postcodes which lie within our 3 mile delivery area. Our Postcode Finder will not allow you to order if you are outside this radius, however you may still place a telephone order which you must collect. Our location and telephone number can be found on our Contact Page.

Online Orders for delivery are subject to a delivery charge and minimum delivery order value - please refer to our Delivery Charges.

Online Orders may only be placed during our opening times which can be found on our contact page.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason and in the event of JJ's Take-Away needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to do so within 10 working days.

You have the right to cancel an order up until food preparation is started. Depending upon peak business times this could be as little as a few minutes. Orders can only be cancelled by telephone and our telephone number can be found on our Contact Page.

Orders cancelled before food preparation is started will be reimbursed using the same method used for payment.

Any order cancelled after food preparation has begun will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given.

Our Liability

JJ's Take-Away provides this site and content on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We give no warranty regarding the content or availability of our site, or that it will be error-free, or that our site, or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

JJ's Take-Away liability for losses you suffer as a result of late/non delivery or through any dealings with JJ's Take-Away are strictly limited to the purchase price of the product(s) you order.

Termination

We reserve the right to decline a new customer registration or remove existing customer registrations. We reserve the right to assign or sub-contract any or all of our rights and obligations under these terms.

Communication

Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our site (and for contractual purposes) you accept that communication with us will be by e-mail or via notices posted on our website.

Our Right To Vary These Terms And Conditions

We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the policies, and terms and conditions which are in force at the time that you order product(s) from JJ's Take-Away, unless any change to those policies or terms and conditions is required by law or governmental authority.

We reserve the right to alter, amend or withdraw prices and special offers without notice.

Law & Jurisdiction

Contracts for the purchase of products through this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them will be governed by English law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Acceptance

If you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact us before you place an order. By placing an order you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and condition please exit our site.
